Mike O’Brien (MOB): I’m Mike O’Brien, Technical Director for Geology and Mineral Resources at Ausenco. I’ve had 38 years of operational and corporate mineral resource management experience. The main principle of CRIRSCO [Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards] and all the other resource and reserve codes, are competency, transparency and materiality. A Competent Person is best positioned to provide leadership in abiding to all three of these principles. The competent person is the lynchpin of any resource and reserve code.
