From July 2018 to June 2020, Marthe Bijman delivered Business Development services to the ICE Division of Tetra Tech Canada, based in Vancouver, BC. These services entailed mostly the production of proposal and proposal support materials for the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Water & Wastewater markets of the division. Marthe Bijman worked with Senior Electrical Engineer Mr. Jack Deragopian, P.Eng., and his team, on Engineering proposals for Metro Vancouver. Mr. Deragopian completed the Client Satisfaction Assessment of Red Pennant Communications, represented by Marthe Bijman, on June 10, 2020. He rated Marthe Bijman’s performance on average 4.88 out of a possible 5.

Mr. Deragopian indicated he would use Marthe Bijman’s services again in the future, and agrees to act as a reference, should that be required by potential Red Pennant clients.
