James McPherson, President, ICE Division, Tetra Tech Canada Inc. – A strategic plan-maker and risk-taker who plays the odds and, more often than not, wins.

From July 2018 to June 2020, Marthe Bijman delivered Business Development services to the ICE Division of Tetra Tech Canada based in Vancouver, BC. These services entailed mostly the production of proposal and proposal support materials for the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Water & Wastewater markets of the division. Marthe Bijman reported directly to James McPherson, President of the division, on her activities. Marthe Bijman assisted Mr. McPherson with proposals and information for strategic pursuits. Mr. McPherson completed the Client Satisfaction Assessment of Red Pennant Communications, represented by Marthe Bijman, on June 8, 2020. He rated Marthe Bijman’s performance on average 4.5 out of a possible 5. Mr. McPherson indicated he would use Marthe Bijman’s services again in the future, and agrees to act as a reference, should that be required by potential Red Pennant clients.
